Squat Saturday | Day 6 Workout

This quote really relates to the purpose of training and trying and trying again. Don’t ever give up on what you’re doing. Nothing is worth it in the end if you’re going to just quit. This is a great workout for keeping your legs strong along with the rest of your muscles that you have been working on throughout the week.

I know you’re probably thinking why I am doing a bun for this hairstyle and the thing is, this particular braided bun works magnificently for this workout and probably any other workout. It’s so tight and well put on the head, that there is no way it won’t fall out. Especially if you spritz with some water that would work even better!!

Squat Saturday
Workout goes as follows. . .

Do any sort of squats you would like for at least 5 min making sure to do them all at least 10 times. Have fun! If you can’t think of any, watch the video below to see my full workout of what I did.

Today’s Recipe:
Vegetable Pizza
Gather favorite vegetables to put onto your pizza. Heat oven to 425* and lay out pizza dough on pizza pan. Spread a thin layer of red sauce then add cheese, and vegetables. Cook in oven for 10-25 min. Let cool and Enjoy!!
