I just loved this goal and had to post it because it really relates to your self-confidence in doing this. Like I have said and will continue to say, it’s gonna get hard, but I swear that as you continue to work towards your goal, it will become as if you have done it forever! Now onto today’s workout of Triple Tuesday!
I chose another pullback hairstyle focusing on my bangs really since they are the huge priority and so I did a hairstyle much like one I did a little while ago on my channel called the Double Dutch Braids into Ponytail except this type they are just the normal french braid you all know of, Double Braids into Ponytail. My favorite part about this is that it not only holds back your bangs, but your baby hairs as well!
I’ve got to tell ya that this workout is gonna be hard work. Probably even more difficult then yesterday’s, but don’t worry I know you’ve got this.
The workout goes as follows:Triple Tuesday
15 Air Squats
Repeat for 3 rounds in around 5 minutes
It’s ok if you didn’t finish in under 5 min! Even I didn’t finish under 5 min. I probably got at least started on my 3rd round, but didn’t finish, so don’t worry too much about it. Make sure though, that you stay well hydrated when doing this because you will be breaking the sweat real hard with this workout.

Veggie Broth Soup
1 can of chicken or beef broth
an assortment of different veggies of your choice
1/2 onion minced
1 teaspoon of garlic
1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
Mince onions and place in a pan and cook until translucent. As they are cooking, add garlic in as well to produce flavor into onions. Once onions are translucent, add the chicken broth in along with all the vegetables that will be added in with your soup. Add Italian Seasoning for flavor and cook until boiled.
